Plastic is a thing that we don’t even really need

And it’s hard to differentiate what’s actually food and what’s just a piece of

But, technically, your stomach’s full of junk that doesn’t decompose,

There’s only so much the Earth can take

So, I think it’s time to make a change

There’s so many changes we can make

Like reusable cups and straws

Bring your own bags to grocery stores

Try not to use anything disposable

So many other options at your disposal

I know it’s hard to give up a things that you’re so used to

But it’s better for us all if you could learn how to reuse, dude

Er zijn zoveel veranderingen die we kunnen aanbrengen

Zoals herbruikbare bekers en rietjes

Breng uw eigen tassen mee naar supermarkten

Probeer geen wegwerpartikelen te gebruiken

Zoveel andere opties tot uw beschikking

Ik weet dat het moeilijk is om dingen op te geven waaraan je zo gewend bent

Maar het is beter voor ons allemaal als je zou kunnen leren hoe je ze opnieuw kunt gebruiken, kerel
