I stopped in the church to pray

It was the middle of the day

But life is waiting just behind that veil

The soul is left to struggle segregated

Trapped in the harbor too weighed down to sail

We zien allemaal goed of slecht in alles wat we hebben

Maar het leven wacht net achter die sluier

Als dit geliefd zal zijn en dat gehaat zal worden

De ziel wordt overgelaten om gescheiden te strijden

Gevangen in de haven, te zwaar om te zeilen
