A whirlwind is dancing around

I stopped to survey all the beauty, the tears

When a shadow moves up, across the ground

I spotted an old mother quail

Warm zijn de winden in de woestijn

Alles verbergt zich, maar ik zie ze

Ik zag een oude moederkwartel

Ik draai me om en zie

Ik kijk terug naar mij

De ogen van een jonge katoenstaart

Ergens sluipt een coyote

Terwijl hij door het struikgewas op de heuvel zwerft

En de adelaar schreeuwt naar beneden
