Blood is breathing

Fully submerged cells even

In denser places like thighs or nails or secret stomach aches

Blood is humming us

A constant tone accompanying the incessant muscling

The vowel of self

Blood is steadying

Lunged pendulums in threads of muted currents

Ferrying air around and round it’s labyrinthian orbit

Through the fleshy underside of this

Our atmospheric sea

Blood is ignited engine here at the core of all creation

With your key to our mystery’s spark

Bursting just beneath the surface

Pushing time lapse blooms of newly aired blood outward

While inward bound

To central brain and each extremity

As different as they are all alike

One fauna all inhaling

All flora’s breath

Lest we forget

Look, this leaf

Veins patterned by fractal giving

Oxygen you carry now within

A cell of blood threaded in

All parts of this body we too will grow to give and be

Blood is

Pulsing vast beyond our vein tips…

Bloed ademt

Volledig ondergedompelde cellen zelfs

Op dichtere plaatsen zoals dijen of nagels of geheime buikpijn

Bloed neuriet ons

Een constante toon die de onophoudelijke bespiering begeleidt

Pompen ons in uit, in uit, in uit, in uit, in uit, in uit

De klinker van zelf

Bloed stabiliseert

Uitgestrekte slingers in draden van gedempte stromingen

Lucht rond en rond zijn labyrintische baan vervoeren

Door de vlezige onderkant hiervan

Onze sfeervolle zee

Bloed is de ontstoken motor hier in de kern van alle schepping

Met jouw sleutel tot de vonk van ons mysterie

Barstend net onder de oppervlakte

Time-lapse-bloei van nieuw gelucht bloed naar buiten duwen

Terwijl naar binnen gebonden

Naar het centrale brein en elke extremiteit

Zo verschillend als ze allemaal hetzelfde zijn

Eén fauna die allemaal inademt

De adem van alle flora

Opdat we het niet vergeten

Kijk, dit blad

Aders gevormd door fractal geven

Zuurstof die je nu in je draagt

Een bloedcel erin geregen

Alle delen van dit lichaam zullen ook wij groeien om te geven en te zijn
