Iemand de deur opendoen, ik denk dat het mama en zij zijn

De kalkoen staat in de oven, hij is binnen 10 minuten gaar

De kinderen rennen rond en vragen zich af wat ze hebben

Ik ben er vrij zeker van dat ik zojuist een doos heb horen schudden

Het kerstverhaal staat daar op die verdomde tv

We proberen gewoon te voorkomen dat de hond uit de boom drinkt

Er hangen vijf sokken aan de open haard

De tafel is helemaal gedekt, het wordt tijd om genade te zeggen
