Blauwe maandag, wat haat ik blauwe maandag

Laat me de hele dag werken als een hond

Hier komt dinsdag, oh harde dinsdag

Ik ben zo moe, ik heb geen tijd om te spelen

Pas op woensdag ben ik tot op mijn bot geslagen

Mijn meisje belt, ik moet haar vertellen dat ik niet thuis ben

Ze weet dat donderdag een harde werkdag is

Tot vrijdag word ik betaald
