Especially when I see those shiny color magazines

But you still believe that this could be the one

Why don’t you just relax and try to concieve the perfect plan

Dus je droomt van het goede leven en hoe de fantasie brandt

Laat je gokken op de tv, maar je zult het nooit leren

Eén op een miljoen is een betere kans dan je hebt

Maar je gelooft nog steeds dat dit de ware zou kunnen zijn

Waarom ontspan je niet gewoon en probeer je het perfecte plan te bedenken?

Of je kunt je geluksbrenger wrijven totdat hij schijnt

Je hebt je hart en geld uitgegeven aan een kaartenhuis

Niet weten uit welke richting de wind zal waaien

Al je liefde geïnvesteerd in een gekke opwelling

En het is niet te zeggen waar ze heen zal gaan

Dus je brengt je tijd door met dromen, denkend aan hoe het vroeger was

Totdat je de betekenis van spijt leert kennen

Je hebt jezelf ervan overtuigd dat alles gaat zoals het moet gaan,
