Do they float through the air

Does he hold them in his hands?

Does God look into all my cracks?

Does he see all of the dust settled onto my back

Is he satisfied with how much I’ve tried

Or am I just dirty rags?

I know, I know that you won’t leave

But I still worry

Father am I just a whore?

Am I buried alive in my filth or

Do you call me by name

Right out of the grave

Do you find me lovely?

Do you look into all of my scars?

Do you look into all of the darkest places of my heart?

Do you look?

Heeft God tijd voor een hoer?

Heeft God tijd voor haar gebeden of?

Zweven ze door de lucht?

Als stof in de wind

Houdt hij ze in zijn handen?

Kijkt God in al mijn scheuren?

Is hij tevreden met hoeveel ik heb geprobeerd?

Of ben ik gewoon vuile vodden?

Ben ik levend begraven in mijn vuil of?

Noem je me bij de naam?

Recht uit het graf

Vind je me lief?

Bekijk je al mijn littekens?

Kijk je in alle donkerste plekken van mijn hart?

Kijk je?
