It’s hard to see why life was set to be this way

Is this the reward I’ve worked for

Is this the result of choices I have made

Or does life chose itself for me

Predestined to be nothing

Predestined for so much of random hell

We might as well not try

For things they fall so heavy all the time

Come crashing down

Now what has lead me to this point

Or am I just a victim of myself

In all complexities of simplicity

Is this just karma

Het is moeilijk te begrijpen waarom het leven zo was ingesteld

Is dit de beloning waarvoor ik heb gewerkt?

Is dit het resultaat van keuzes die ik heb gemaakt?

Of kiest het leven zichzelf voor mij

Voorbestemd om niets te zijn

Voorbestemd voor zoveel willekeurige hel

We kunnen het net zo goed niet proberen

Voor dingen die ze de hele tijd zo zwaar vallen

Kom naar beneden

Wat heeft me nu tot dit punt geleid?

Of ben ik gewoon een slachtoffer van mezelf?

In alle complexiteiten van eenvoud

Is dit gewoon karma?
