I made my way to the taxi to go drive around

feeling reluctant cause I’m not into meaningless small talk

I spent some time with a taxi driver

Some peace of mind is all he’ve ever wanted

peace at his mind not like the rest

de meter blijft bijna in het centrum lopen

de chauffeur lacht, hij zegt dat hij gezegend is

vrede in zijn hoofd, niet zoals de rest

hij zegt dat ik een boeddhist ben omdat ik van mensen houd

maakt niet uit waar ze vandaan komen, we zijn allemaal gelijk

als meer mensen leren lief te hebben en te accepteren

dingen zullen beter worden en mensen verbinden
