Yesterday I took the bus downtown

Got off and looked around

I thought the world was right

I was wrong

I thought that I would try my car instead

My better judgment said

To stay at home today

Gisteren nam ik de bus naar het centrum

Stapte uit en keek rond

Ik dacht dat de wereld gelijk had

Ik had het fout

Ik dacht dat ik in plaats daarvan mijn auto zou proberen

Mijn beter oordeel zei:

Om vandaag thuis te blijven

Nou, oké

Ik denk niet dat je echt een auto nodig hebt

Uren later was ik nog thuis

Ik staarde mijn vier muren naar beneden

Ze wonnen toen ik toegaf
