In the Darkness, the Path - Cloak

To the black flame I dance the waltz of wonders

Yet certain is the path that led us here

Behold, tremble, at the primal beauty

Echoes beyond time ever near

The age old yearning beckons now

Timeless wisdom spreads its wings

I walk to what’s beyond life’s structured walls

To burn the one way path that steers us all

To the other I go

Descend through the holes of time

To venomous depths

The coils of snakes unwind

As I follow

Shapeless shadows taking form

The nameless choir sings in tongues

Yet I hear their mantras clear

Vibrations from the north shake the lifeless air

I drift to the outermost borders

Leaving footprints in the ash of ancient fires

The nephilim now take my hand, the spectres of the deep

The swirling darkness takes me home through pathways of my dreams

Maar zeker is het pad dat ons hierheen heeft geleid

Zie, beef, bij de oerschoonheid

Echo's voorbij de tijd ooit dichtbij

Het eeuwenoude verlangen lonkt nu

Tijdloze wijsheid spreidt zijn vleugels

Ik loop naar wat zich buiten de gestructureerde muren van het leven bevindt

Om het eenrichtingspad te verbranden dat ons allemaal leidt

Naar de ander ga ik

Daal af door de gaten van de tijd

Naar giftige diepten

De spoelen van slangen wikkelen zich af

Zoals ik volg

Vormeloze schaduwen krijgen vorm

Het naamloze koor zingt in tongen

Toch hoor ik hun mantra's duidelijk

Trillingen uit het noorden schudden de levenloze lucht

Ik drijf naar de uiterste grenzen

Voetafdrukken achterlaten in de as van oude vuren

De nephilim nemen nu mijn hand, de spoken van de diepte

De kolkende duisternis brengt me naar huis via paden van mijn dromen
