Once there was a magic mountain, raging to the sky

The evil’s curse dropped a fountain, now it’s do or die

Eternal fire burning bright, on the edge of our time

Scary shadows in the night, the moon refused to shine

Can you see the dragon rising

Shooting fire through the clouds up in the air

Ride through the misty morning

See the lights shining from afar

Wait till the tide is turnin'

And try to catch, catch the falling star

The man of a thousand faces, puts a spell on you

Being there at different places, don’t be a fool

You don’t care what he’d done, wherever you’ll go

You’d be better on the run, time’s running too slow

Er was eens een magische berg, woedend naar de hemel

De vloek van het kwaad liet een fontein vallen, nu is het doen of sterven

Eeuwig vuur dat helder brandt, aan de rand van onze tijd

Enge schaduwen in de nacht, de maan weigerde te schijnen

Zie je de draak opstaan?

Vuur schieten door de wolken in de lucht

Rij door de mistige ochtend

Zie de lichten van ver schijnen

Wacht tot het tij keert

En probeer de vallende ster te vangen, te vangen

De man met duizend gezichten, betovert je

Wees niet gek als je op verschillende plaatsen bent

Het maakt je niet uit wat hij heeft gedaan, waar je ook heen gaat

Je zou beter op de vlucht zijn, de tijd gaat te langzaam
