Miss Lucy had a ducky, she called him Tiny Tim

She put him in the bathtub to see if he could swim

He drank up all the water, he ate up all the soap

He tried to eat the bathtub, but it wouldn’t fit down his throat!

Miss Lucy called the doctor, Miss Lucy called the nurse

Miss Lucy called the lady with the polka-dotted purse

«It's mumps» said the doctor, «Measles!»

Miss Lucy had een eendje, ze noemde hem Tiny Tim

Ze stopte hem in de badkuip om te zien of hij kon zwemmen

Hij dronk al het water op, hij at alle zeep op

Hij probeerde de badkuip op te eten, maar het paste niet in zijn keel!
