And the popcorn from the candy stand

Makes it all seem twice as good

There’s always lots of pretty girls

With figures they don’t try to hide

But they never can compare

To the girl sittin' by my side

Ik weet waar ik heen ga

Ik ga mijn baby ophalen en haar meenemen naar de fotoshow

Is aankleden om daar ook te zijn

En we gaan een bal hebben

Als je knuffelt met je baby op de laatste rij op het balkon

Maakt het allemaal twee keer zo goed

Er zijn altijd veel mooie meisjes

Met cijfers die ze niet proberen te verbergen

Maar ze kunnen nooit vergelijken

Aan het meisje dat aan mijn zijde zit
