The weekend went by, now it’s gone

The first shit of the day, is the dog shit on your way

You’re stuck in traffic jam

You swear as loud as you can

Why’s it always only you

Kept up by fools with nothing to do

Sometimes it’s Monday all over the world

At work no one’s really nice

Cars break down and couples fight

That really sounds unique

Your hairstylist should go to jail

And your best friend is a freak

Your soccer team lost every game

You feel just the same

You get into your car

And scratch your bosses Jaguar

Het weekend ging voorbij, nu is het weg

De eerste stront van de dag, is de hondenpoep die onderweg is

Je zit vast in verkeersopstopping

Je vloekt zo hard als je kunt

Waarom ben jij het altijd alleen

Opgehouden door dwazen die niets te doen hebben

Je bent zo slecht dat je het slecht hebt

Niemand kan half zo verdrietig zijn

Je bent niet de enige persoon die gewond is geraakt

Er gaan dingen mis en je kunt er niets aan doen

Als je niet blind bent, kun je het zien

Soms is het over de hele wereld maandag

Op het werk is niemand echt aardig

Behalve al deze kleine leugens

Zoals: je ziet er goed uit vandaag

Kunnen ze niet zien dat het een maandag is?

Je bent zo slecht dat je het slecht hebt...

Auto's gaan kapot en koppels vechten

Dat klinkt echt uniek

Je kapper zou naar de gevangenis moeten gaan

En je beste vriend is een freak

Je voetbalteam heeft elke wedstrijd verloren

Je voelt precies hetzelfde

Je stapt in je auto

En krab je bazen Jaguar
