I’d sever the stars from the sky and place them in your hands if I

thought another wish they’d see the light of day.

But you stand beyond the sun.

Beyond the reach of just a friend

maybe if I grew wings, maybe if you lost yours.

These words would flow like water if you would let them scrape your heart

Not within arms length.

Embedded in comfort

A silent cry

I recive no comfort and as I colapse

we remain nothing more than friends.

As I hold my breath

a throat full of cement.

I am disgusted by repititon.

I accept this curse of friendship…

Ik zou de sterren van de hemel scheiden en ze in je handen leggen als ik

dacht nog een wens dat ze het daglicht zouden zien.

Maar je staat verder dan de zon.

Buiten het bereik van alleen een vriend

misschien als ik vleugels kreeg, misschien als jij de jouwe verloor.

Deze woorden zouden stromen als water als je ze door je hart zou laten schrapen

Ingebed in comfort

Een stille schreeuw

Ik krijg geen troost en terwijl ik instort

we blijven niets meer dan vrienden.

Terwijl ik mijn adem inhoud

een keel vol cement.

Ik walg van herhaling.

Ik accepteer deze vloek van vriendschap...
