The Last Journey - King of Asgard

The snow falls

The sky is full of white icy flakes

The cold bites

Into my bones but this journey must be done

At dawn we set our sails

And pray to the gods to blow the wind our way

Leaving families and dear behind

Knowing the fact that some of us will die

The wind increases, smashing our sails constantly

The open sea, bend our mast and wants to bring us down

The ship turns in the storm impossible to rein

I scream at my men to hold the course

Chaos breaks out on the deck

As we loose control over the ship

The ship capsize into the storm

The crew is lost to the ocean floor

De sneeuw valt

De lucht is vol met witte ijzige vlokken

De koude hapjes

Tot in mijn botten, maar deze reis moet gedaan worden

Bij zonsopgang zetten we onze zeilen

En bid tot de goden om de wind onze kant op te blazen

Families en dierbaren achterlaten

Wetende dat sommigen van ons zullen sterven

De wind neemt toe, onze zeilen breken voortdurend

De open zee, buig onze mast en wil ons neerhalen

Het schip draait in de storm, onmogelijk te beteugelen

Ik schreeuw tegen mijn mannen dat ze de cursus moeten houden

Chaos breekt uit op het dek

Omdat we de controle over het schip verliezen,

Het schip kapseisde in de storm

De bemanning is verdwaald op de oceaanbodem
