Have to get up each morning

to do the same chores all again

Got all my laundry folded

did all my sit-ups all again

But now I need to let go

I´m gonna give my friends a call

I put my party dress on

I drink a bottle of rum

I need my body to unwind.

I go home way past dawn

and the sunlight hurts my eyes

so I put my glasses on

I got hit by a bus

headache and sham, headache and shame

are creeping over me.

I can´t get up this morning

I fell asleep in clothes again

I might have lost my stuff again

But lucky me I found my phone

with an invite and missed calls

I put my party dress on
