She cries, «Children, please!»

While the trees

Are disappearing

Her skies answer back

Thunder claps

And rain is nearing

Mother of us all

Still the wood must fall

Don’t blame us if you can

We are just called Man

Help us realize

That blue is made for skies

But more than our share

The stucco and the tin

Is drowning out the wind

We started to care

He spins though we use

And abuse

All of his forces

Her winds move the ground

Pound by pound

Replenish sources

Upon your Earth we crawl
