Sand - The Hearing

As I hug your back and try to sleep

I start to hear a ssssssssssound

The tighter my hold, the louder the ssssssound

And i see you turn to sand

I wish you would regain your form

As I siv through the

Remains of curly hair with my fingers

A bed of sand will get

Cold eventually

And accentuate the loneliness

How appropriate

That the open window

Lets the moon in the cold cold winter night

Make fun of me

I would laugh too it’s

Not like that it’s just

Way to soon

Your sand is still warm

Overblijfselen van krullend haar met mijn vingers

Een zandbed krijgt

Uiteindelijk koud

En accentueer de eenzaamheid

Dat het open raam

Laat de maan in de koude koude winternacht
