Upon the earth a vampire was sent

A rotten corpse shall from it’s tomb be rent

Ghaslty haunts your native place

And suck the life of all thy race

Slaying ones daughter sister and wife

At midnight drained the stream of life

Wrapped in fear, cold blood shall drip

Ravenous hunger and haggard lip

Then stalking to the sullen grave

As another victim is passing away

Fear this horror and endless plague

A spectre more accursed than they

Ankou, the fearful spectre

Travelled the road at night

Plodding along beside a creaking cart

Carrying his dreaded scythe

Skeletal horses riding in this way

Lightning cracks as he slay

Walking with a stiff gait

Eyes of black

…accompanied by death!

At the morning dusk

And during the starless night

Catch his attention and you will surely die

Een rot lijk zal uit zijn graf worden verscheurd

Ghaslty achtervolgt je geboorteplaats

En zuig het leven van uw hele ras

Dochter, zus en vrouw doden

Om middernacht stroomde de levensstroom weg

Verpakt in angst, koud bloed zal druipen

Verhongerde honger en verwilderde lip

Dan stalken naar het norse graf

Als een ander slachtoffer overlijdt

Vrees deze horror en eindeloze plaag

Een spook meer vervloekt dan zij

Ankou, het angstige spook

Reisde 's nachts over de weg

Sjokken naast een krakende kar

Zijn gevreesde zeis dragen

Skeletachtige paarden rijden op deze manier

Blikseminslagen als hij doodt

Lopen met een stijve gang

Ogen van zwart

…vergezeld van de dood!

In de ochtendschemering

En tijdens de sterrenloze nacht

Vang zijn aandacht en je zult zeker sterven

De pols neemt toe

Voor de aankomst
