I cannot tell you all the reasons why

Jesus in his wisdom took an interest in my life

It must be endless the boundries of his grace

For he is patient with us and worthy to be praised

Ik kan je niet alle redenen vertellen waarom

Jezus toonde in zijn wijsheid interesse in mijn leven

Het moet de grenzen van zijn genade eindeloos zijn

Want hij heeft geduld met ons en is het waard om geprezen te worden

Voor bovenal is hij machtig

En bovenal is hij de koning

En bovenal is hij genadig

Voor alles wat hij aan me dacht

Ik kan het me niet voorstellen de marteling van het kruis

De auteur van de schepping gaf ons het leven op zijn eigen kosten
