And now reveal their putrified core

Forging through endarkened mazes with vines touching new light

Parasites of the old — shadows cast upon you

I shall prevail through this imposing night

In exile now from the somber city light

A harbour to which I have now said goodbye

I look to my past and I now identify.

En onthul nu hun verrotte kern

Smeden door verduisterde doolhoven met wijnstokken die nieuw licht raken

Parasieten van het oude - schaduwen die op je vallen

Ik zal zegevieren door deze imposante nacht

Nu in ballingschap vanuit het sombere stadslicht

Een haven waarvan ik nu afscheid heb genomen

Ik kijk naar mijn verleden en ik identificeer me nu.
