First class ticket on a train that´s insane

I ain´t too sure where the jouney will end

Power machines come to tear down my house

but can´t tear all my memories down

Putting a booth where my home uses to stand

widening highways force me out of my landtearing out trees that I climbed as a

childyou live your pocket every few miles.

Turning my yard to a block of cement

choking out nature with pavement and trucks

Black clouds of smoke fill the air no repent

you say It´s progress and I think it sucks.

Blinded by dollar sings. how can you see every thing this means to me

What gives you the right to do what you want to

don´t I have the right to say my opinion

don´t I have a voice to ovte for my future

progress wields it´s mighty words and cuts our planet apart
