Closing in on happiness 'til my thoughts turn the other way

I’m chasing a dream that spins me out of control

Simplistic intuitions free me from the grip of society

Don’t wanna live my life like it’s a movie roll

The unobtrusive feelings are slowly catching up to me

De onopvallende gevoelens halen me langzaam in

Ik wou dat de wind me iemand zou brengen, zodat ik niet zo alleen was

Maar ik voel het in de golven

Terwijl ze over me heen botsen

Ik wil hier voor altijd blijven zweven

Met een zes-string in mijn hand

En mijn voeten begraven in het zand

Ik zou niet kunnen zeggen dat een droom veel beter kan worden

En dan zie je de zon ondergaan

Terwijl je wakker wordt met het geluid

Rennen naar het water

Een stilte vult de lucht

Geluk overwint je
