When your’re walking thru fire

Then you’re bound to get burned

There’s no gas in the lighter

For thousand cigarettes

A look into the other side

The sleeping gods lie

Drink from the fountain of life to survive

Going to the sacred place

Where forces of nature arise

Dan zul je je zeker verbranden

Er zit geen gas in de aansteker

Voor duizend sigaretten

Voor één keer in het leven kan het me niet schelen

Zal het niet proberen te begrijpen

Een kijkje in de andere kant

Dit wordt het einde

Ik zoek naar antwoorden

Maar onze vragen zijn fout

Mijn geest wordt ouder

En mijn hand wordt koud

Ik ga naar de rivier

Van dromen om te zuiveren

Hoog op de berg waar

De slapende goden liegen

Drink uit de fontein van het leven om te overleven

Naar de heilige plaats gaan

Waar natuurkrachten ontstaan

Maar mijn vriend is nu weg

Ik probeer het te onthouden

Wat je me die dag vertelde

Ik zag het pad van verlichting

Ik ben een onderdeel van de schepping geworden

Ik ben voorbij alle slechte dingen en lijden
