Vehema yihiyu, hema yihiyu li le’am

(Behold days are coming, says the Lord, and I will make with the house of

Israel and the house of Judah a new covenant.

I will place my law in their

minds and write it on their hearts.

I will be their God and they will be my

People.

נָתַתִּי אֶת תּוֹרָתִי בְּקִרְבָּם

וְאֶכְתְּבֶנָּה עַל לִבָּם

וְהָיִיתִי לָהֶם לֵאלֹהִים

וְהֵמָּה יִהְיוּ לִי לְעָם

(Zie, er komen dagen, zegt de Heer, en ik zal maken met het huis van

Israël en het huis van Juda een nieuw verbond.

Ik zal mijn wet in hun

gedachten en schrijf het op hun hart.

Ik zal hun God zijn en zij zullen mijn

Mensen.
